We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of our network. Our services are intended for lawful purposes only, and you agree to use them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and account maintenance
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials and changing passwords regularly
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Using our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not interfering with or disrupting our network or servers
  • Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Not using our services to transmit malicious software or engage in cyber attacks
  • Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
  • Respecting the rights of other users and third parties
  • Reporting any security vulnerabilities or suspicious activities promptly

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected service plan. Payment is typically due on a monthly basis, with the first payment due upon service activation. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Our billing cycle begins on the date your service is activated. You will be billed monthly in advance for the upcoming service period. All fees are stated in the local currency unless otherwise specified. Taxes, if applicable, will be added to your bill.

If you fail to make timely payments, we may suspend your service after providing written notice. Continued non-payment may result in service termination. Reconnection fees may apply when restoring suspended services.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and updating it as needed. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Service Availability

Our services are available in select geographic areas where our network infrastructure has been deployed. Service availability and speeds may vary based on location, network capacity, and other factors beyond our control.

We strive to provide reliable, high-speed internet service, but we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance or outages that may affect your service. However, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, equipment failures, or third-party service disruptions.

Equipment and Installation

Depending on your service plan, we may provide networking equipment such as routers and modems. This equipment remains our property and must be returned upon service termination or at our request.

Installation services are included with most plans, subject to availability and geographic constraints. Professional installation ensures optimal performance and proper configuration of your equipment. Self-installation options may be available for technically proficient users.

You are responsible for providing a suitable location for our equipment and ensuring adequate electrical power and environmental conditions. Damage to our equipment caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect may result in repair or replacement fees.

Equipment warranties, if applicable, are subject to manufacturer terms. We provide support for equipment issues related to normal operation and will assist with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may collect information about your network usage, including bandwidth utilization, connection quality metrics, and device information, to optimize our services and troubleshoot issues. This data is used solely for operational purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

You retain ownership of all data transmitted through our services. We do not monitor, store, or analyze the content of your communications except as necessary to provide and maintain our services or as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for implementing additional security measures as needed for your specific requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or provided through our services are the property of nnet or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written permission.

Our services may provide access to third-party content, applications, and websites. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content. All rights, title, and interest in third-party content remain with the respective owners.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Any content obtained from our services

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your service at any time. You may cancel your service by providing 30 days' written notice. Early termination fees may apply depending on your service plan and contract terms.

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in activities that harm our network or other users. We may also terminate your service with 30 days' notice for any reason or no reason.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and return any equipment provided by us. Outstanding fees for services rendered will remain due and payable. We reserve the right to pursue any remedies available at law or equity for breaches of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the applicable arbitration institution. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and in the location where you receive service. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, and the costs of the arbitrator shall be borne equally unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our website or services. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page. Minor changes may be made without prior notice, but material changes will be communicated in advance.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using our services before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
